Firstly sorry this is late! Ironically it is work and illness that made me forget to post yesterday! And I'm rather gutted! But hope you enjoy this, it was fun for metro really think how fast I can go from asleep to out the door in the morning (30 minutes!!!)
My Pre work makeup routine (which is about 15 minutes), as always starts with Porefessional from Benefit, £24.50 from Benefit counters, and it is literally the best primer I have ever used! Then Wake me up foundation, £8.99 from Superdrug, which is a dewy foundation that aluminises my skin and makes my skin tone more even. I use my fingers to put this on as it gives the best coverage for the time you have to spend on it! Then I move onto Collection's Lasting Perfection concealer in number 1 (fair), £2.99 from Boots, it's fab and is great for both under eye and blemishes.
Before my eye shadow I always user a primer, normally for work it's Urban decay primer potion in Sin £16.00 from Debenhams, as it has a light wash of colour in already and if I'm in a real rush I just leave the eyeshadow and leave it at that much colour. For eyeshadow I always turn to one of the Naked palette's, all £37.00 from Debenhams or Rimmel's scandal eyes waterproof eyeliner pencil in Bronze which is currently £2.99 from Boots. If I'm running really late or frankly can't be bothered to do any blending! As it is 5.35 ish in the morning that I'm doing this. Yup, it's rough. Then a touch of Benefit bad gal waterproof black eyeliner in my waterline is the choice at the moment, admittedly purely because I got in free with my mascara! Then I quickly set my face with Rimmel's Stay matte pressed powder which I think is £3.99 from Boots, such a bargain and it lasts ages as I'm needing that little more coverage than the Benefit Zero Sine powder I mentioned in my January favourites. For the powder I use Real Techniques' brushes, either the Buffing brush Or the Power brush, both from Boots but I got them in sets, depending on how much coverage I need and how long the shift is!
If I've somehow found myself with an extra minute I will brush a bit of bronzer and blush on to make myself look a tad more human. Every little helps... Oh god did I just say that?
Hope you've enjoyed this and hope you've had a lovely weekend!
