Shower cap lovin'

I know this isn't the average post but I just wanted to show a bit of appreciation to an item I use at least every other day, the humble shower cap. Now I have been through a few of these but my current favourite is a Cath Kidston one that my lovely mum got me for Christmas last year.

These are literally lifesavers for me especially when I get home at 10.30 and have to be up again at 5.30! They enable a quick shower then bed and sleep within an hour without me having to faff around with my unruly hair that never wants to fully dry. Then of course in the morning dry shampoo becomes my best friend... But that's another post.
