This Works; Sleep Balm

This works sleep balm is £12.00 from Boots for 10mls, although I admittedly spied mine for a bargain £3.00 from TKMAXX. I would recommend going there armed with google to see if anything you find has great product reviews and worth a try for half the price!

This balm smells like lavender... So I did wonder what the point of it was since a good dab of lavender oil will help me fall off to sleep even after the roughest nightshift. But I think it is nicety use the balm instead. Although It's quite hard to warm up, as it is in a hard waxy texture in the tub, but is worth it. Directions say to warm it up in your fingers then dab on temples and wrists, which I do as well as a bit under my nose. And it does seem to relax me and I do get a good solid sleep after using this, so I will be happily using this up... But maybe wouldn't bother to repurchase!

Overall I would say its a nice product but I am very happy I got mine so cheap. However there are occasionally sets of this and a pillow spray which I think it would make a lovely present for a friend finding it hard to sleep!
